The Confused Table

This is a coffee table I bought a while back at a thrift store.  It’s getting a paint job and going in my office.

It was black when I got it, I painted it pink, and now it’s going to have a split personality, thus the pink top and white underbelly and legs.

Why you ask?  Because my office is so small that I decided the undersides of the shelves and table should be white to reflect light, and minimize shadows.  Besides that it’s different, and different is way cool.

It’s been in the living room, on the deck, in my office, stored upright with the legs off in the spare room, and now back to my office.

With a retro vibe that I don’t care a lot for, this little table is solid and has come in so handy for a variety of uses.  That’s why I bought it.  And now I love it.

Do you like this idea of two colors for the table?  Leave a comment because I’m the curious type and would love to know what you think.
